I know I said that before. I don't think McDaniels can turn any QB into a Pro Bowl QB, but any QB that HE handpicks and works with can be turned into a Pro Bowl QB.
Tom Brady's best 4 years of his career ALL happened after Josh McDaniels started coaching him. He knows QB's like Mike Shanahan knows RB's.
