There is this thing called "game speed". Where adrenalin kicks in and actually makes you faster like a 4.3. Some guys have it and some do not. Terrell Davis had it. Terrell was a 4.6 guy but when he got into the open nobody could catch him as we all so painfully remember. My guess this guy has it. So the lesson learned here is never be too quick to judge 4.5-4.7 guys in a straight up 40 time. Watch what they do on the field and on tape.
