Why does the Chiefs troubles defy explanation? Romeo can't explain what is going on... or he doesn't want to say it out loud. This team doesn't believe it can win under their current circumstances despite being able to say some of the right things to the media. Why won't any of them say, "It's tough watching a couple of guys take up 20% of the salary cap when they contribute to about 50% of our weaknesses on both sides of the ball?"
