Frost/Nixon
Wow. Incredible movie. Gives me a completely different perspective on a man I had learned to despise.
Side story here, In March of 1994 I had entered the military, during basic training Nixon had passed away. All of us in the company were huddled into a room to watch the televised memorial service for him. I remember thinking at the time that it was a waste for that man to have that level of respect handed to him in his death. Either I'm getting soft or old age is starting to set in, I don't really see it that way anymore. As I get older I've begun to realize adverseries can be friends.
I am so glad the makers of this movie allowed the perception of a personal side to Nixon rather than just the shrewd and corrupt politician. Another must buy.
