I'm having trouble coming up with a 4th starting QB that could actually be worse than Cassel. Russell Wilson maybe? Normally I would say Kevin Kolb but he has played 1000 times better than Cassel this year.
Out of the 5 you named, you correctly guessed 2 who were rated by Jaws as worse than Cassel.
