I'd recommend unplugging your cable modem and removing the battery for a minimum of two minutes. Unplug the power from your wireless router as well.

After two minutes, replace the battery and plug in the modem. Once it's fully ready, power up the router. Once it's broadcasting a signal, re-check all devices for connectivity.

Yes, Mr. Smart Ass, Mbps...

I have tried a full power reboot a few times already. My modem doesn't have battery backup. It seems to help for a few hours and then the same thing.
