Two eggs
Scrambled with Monterrey jack cheese and ham in the grease from four pieces of bacon. A piece of sourdough toast soaked with butter and a glass of OJ with a splash (or two) of Bacardi.
I'm not going to want to do anything for a couple of hours after this.
