Also, don't forget, Ballard went out and spent north of 40 million dollars to upgrade the roster on guys like Johnathon Hankins, John Simon, Jabaal Sheard, Brian Shwenke, Barkevious Mingo. So it's not like they haven't tried hard to improve the roster.
