If he would have gone all-in on solving our biggest problem at QB the last couple years we may have given him more slack, but he didn't. He assembled a lot of talent and wasted it on a team without a QB which automatically means a loser team, and he was too stupid to realize that is a fatal flaw. Its not all his fault, but Pioli's been plenty incompetent enough to lose his job.
