Yeah, injuries suck. I've got a bad elbow to work through also. The guy advising me said he's never seen so many people drop out during prep time for injuries, family issues, vacations.... etc. We have a guy that just placed 2nd in the 50 and over Nationals in PA and he had to finish prep with a torn rotator cuff.
