Probably too much overload on the servers. It'll prolly be worse this evening. It took me about an hour before I could actually do the tutorial, but afterwards I had a fun time. Me and a couple buddies just kept messing with everyone in our server lol. Either running them over or gunnin' em down. Police chases are a blast when you got a crew with you.
