Maybe it's just me, but I wouldn't be all that offended or put off by this particular column.
He says there are maybe 8 'blue-blood' programs, and everyone else is 'mid-major' including Mizzou, Ok. State, Ohio State, Michigan, Mich. St., etc.
The premise is kind of dumb, but the insult isn't quite that bad when you consider who he lumps Mizzou in with . . . . .
I don't think many Mizzou fans would argue with the fact that they are not "Duke, Kentucky, North Carolina, Indiana, UCLA, Kansas, etc."
It is what it is.
