She's saying she has a mathematical proof that shows a black hole cannot have a singularity at the center. Because it gives off Hawking radiation. If it gives off radiation, then it loses mass. If it loses mass, then it could never actually reach a singularity.
Basically she's taking the existence of Hawking radiation to mean that
something escapes a black hole and therefore negates it from ever reaching a singularity.
