I handed out handfuls of mixed variety; smarties, tootsie rolls, now and laters, lollipops, fireballs, bubble gum.
I'll bring the leftovers to work, about 50% left. I ate some tootsie rolls but they don't taste as good as they used to like most candy.

I think alot of that is due to "Organized Daylight Trick-or Treat events". In my downtown all the buisiness's give out candy from 4-6. Its like a parade. I think a lot of Malls do the same.
I remember the day when kids were cut loose on Halloween. In this day and age parental involvement is a requirement.
