Idiot drivers who drive 55 in the fast-lane and slow hundreds behind them.....and REFUSE to get over.
Hey idiots....it's the law in california.....the fast lane is only to be used for passing.
In addition - there is an unwritten law here.....no matter if you are doing 100 in the fast lane or higher.....if someone comes up on you, you gotta get over!
