There are few strict kisses of death for football prospects, but a 4.6 will knock a cornerback down at least a couple rounds. If he goes in the first two rounds, I'll be shocked. I'm willing to bet somebody gives him a chance by the third, but it wouldn't surprise me if he fell past the third.
