This is 100000% true. For a loser, Hunt is the best owner in the world because he accepts failure from his employees for a very profitable long time, and really only cares about building his soccer empire.

I would love to have an owner like Kraft or Jones, neither of them accept failure for long, especially Kraft. All they have to do is hire a like-minded GM, and together they hire a like-minded head coach, then the winning just happens. The GM makes sure the office and non-game-playing people do great jobs in their supporting role(s) to the Sunday playing staff, and the head coach makes sure the Sunday players give until they're dead.

Our guys do get lots of injuries, but then everything falls apart from there.
