If anything, Ed Budde was arguably a better guard than Shields; he IS a super bowl champ, and he's been passed over for 30 years. He should be in, as well as Otis Taylor.
Taylor is the biggest travesty. His snub is as bad as Buck O'Neil not being in Cooperstown.
