Since the Silence was also mentioned in the title of the Library episode, perhaps they are responsible for getting her in there. Plus we know she gets arrested for killing a good man at some point. As theories go, it's a bit out there, but if the Library episodes don't come into play Moffat will be the king of red herrings in my book.

Also, when River dies she was in a Space Suit, and both those episodes in the Library were penned by Moffet... So who knows.
