Medical passed by a wide margin in Arkansas. Now the freaking committee that's regulating it has said that it can't be dispensed in smokeable form or in regular edibles. It will only be dispensed in some freaking cough drop that can only be produced by specific corporations. Thanks Republican jackwagons!
