cox wont do anything until you go past 2 TB up and down. Then they started messing with my modem. Problems went away the next billing cycle. Their official statement is they do not punish you for excessive bandwidth. They are full of shit. Only one cox employee admitted to me that they disable heavy bandwidth users. It is automated.
