Of the two I have heard and read a lot more about Leitao. It sounds like he will be able to help out in the spot but Nestor was such a wealth of knowledge for Haith to lean on. Miller was more of an advance scout and game prep guy and not so much an ingame adjustment guy. Miller was said to really help give his team an edge due to his prep work so hopefully Haith can use that info to set up a good gameplan.
