Glennon is Flacco, as I've been saying for quite a while. Inconsistent, strong arm, and can pick you apart with short crossing and sideline routes when he hits a hot streak. I liked Flacco coming out, but I wouldn't have taken him #1 overall.
It's taken Flacco until this season to be any kind of consistent. I'd expect the same with Glennon. He could possibly improve faster with Reid and crew on the case. But he'll always look funny.
