There's no chance that Lucas was able to sell his company for $4 billion with the express rights to direct or produce future Star Wars films.

I just hope they don't **** it up. Disney really doesn't make movies anymore. They're partnered up with Pixar (another of Lucas's old movie studios) and Marvel.

Most of the true Disney movies are direct to DVD.
