I'm at a loss for words. I've never heard of ham loaf. Sounds like homemade SPAM. Looks like homemade SPAM.

Red's video is terribad. I hope that guy is doing this cable access thing on purpose.

Looking Ptylon's recipe, it'd be something I'd try probably, but I'll bet that loaf is salty.
