I think you'd really like Dan Carlin's Hardcore History podcast. He has a five-part series on the Mongols, and I can tell you, without hesitation: Genghis Khan, even with his technology as outdated as it would be right now, would absolutely mop the floor with Kim Jong Un. The entire Steppe People were 10,000x more fierce than that chickenhawk Un.
