I think we should go in a totally different direction, to keep up with modern times. I don't think we should bring in any more football players who are negative in any way. No bullies. Or guys who impose their will on other guys, or who push other guys around. No meanies, and no warriors (except the social justice kind).
Once our new image begins to take root, change the uniform color to hot pink, to match those cute little cat-ear hats that all the feminists filling our once-vacant club-level section will be wearing.
