Les Claypool is one of the greatest bass players of all time and Primus is one of the most eclectic bands ever to record music.. that being said, they are an acquired taste and a lot of people don't get it. Oh I can respect a great bass player. But there has to be a better example of this great music than the one you furnished.
Heck, my comfort zone stretches all the way from the Boxtops to Wayman Tisdale and pretty much everything in between, but that just didn't work, sorry.
