Not at all how it played out in the books. Yes Jaime was chained and in no condition to fight but he still gave Briene everything she could handle and more. Jaime at full strength would murder Briene and it would be no contest as he is by far one of the most talented fighters in all of Westeros. However, even in the books Briene earns Jaime's respect during the fight but it was just sad how HBO made it look like she was just toying with him.
