Creating an affinity and defending against hate speech on Twitter is to protect any nfl employee, including coaches and players, from feeling uncomfortable in a workplace environment. That is common sense HR especially in an NFL where that practice has often been shrugged off. That is entirely different from forcing a cause down people's throats.
