My response is that if the hypothetical person in the hypothetical situation is the kind of person that has warrants and trials in 2 separate locations 100 miles apart that the hypothetical person should stop acting like a shithead.
Without more details of the charges, I'd tend to side with society and support the prosecutor.
As to the other items, a semi-competent defense attorney will successfully object to comments about the mother and can put the burden of proof on altered videos back on the prosecutor.
