Want to lose 11 pounds. I am more on the "petite" side so that is a big swing for me. I have been plateaud out for a long time. If I go out of town for work and eat whatever I want and don't exercise, or if I am in town eating super healthy and exercising, the scale does not budge.
That is why I was considering doing a couple days of super low carb to see if it would shake up my metabolism but the thought of 50 g per day makes me super cranky plus I am concerned it would jack up my metabolism in the long run.
