That's good to hear. I wondered how their live stuff would sounds compared to their studio stuff.
Pablo also highlighted Band of Horses. They are pretty tight. A few years ago, they were blatantly disrespected worse than I've seen any band disrespected at Lolla....by Lou Reed. Reed put on an AWFUL show. Worst show I've ever seen there. And this is coming from a Lou Reed fan who camped out to see him up close. He was about 15 minutes late to taking the stage and doinked around and wasted a lot of time between songs. He acted like an asshole the entire time, acting like he didn't want to even be there. His setlist sucked. He sucked. He left the stage prior to doing his encore and waited like 15 minutes to come back out and proceeded to performing an awful, long version of "Walk on the Wild Side," going 20-25 minutes over his time limit in the process, which forced Band of Horses to refrain from taking the stage (which was right next to the stage Reed played on).
To make things even shittier for Band of Horses, they were the 2nd to last act...Janes Addiction was the headliner on the stage that Lou Reed had played on. So ultimately, due to Lou Reed putting on an awful show and staying for 20-25 minutes over his time limit, Band of Horses had to cut their setlist short. It was unbelievably disrespectful.
