Energy is fine. I did start drinking some black coffee to help suppress my appetite, though. The caffeine really helps a lot. I pretty much just try to keep the fat around 20g or so. If it's too low, then MCT oil it is. I had enough chicken breast yesterday that I didn't need to. I saw some fat on the chicken and just left it on because it was easier than trying to add liquid fats at that point.
