I suppose I need to learn more about healthy eating as well. Obviously I've seen low-carb, low-fat, etc. diets but I'm unsure what nutrients I might be missing with them and what I would need to eat to replace them.
I love food, and I love the different tastes you can achieve with different ingredients and spices. I don't want to be relegated to eating chicken breast, salmon, and salads just because I don't want to get fat.
