Generally allows < 2500 miles per year for cars with special limited production status or significance. Of the Nisimo Z-Tune only 19 were ever made and there's already a different R34 of significantly higher production numbers already approved. Wouldn't be a problem at all to get the highest end GT-R in the states. Hell with unlimited funds it wouldn't be a problem at all to get it brought in 100% approved even without the Show and Display exemption. It just requires money to do the testing/mods.

Huh, I knew about the age exemption but I wasn't aware of that one. I also don't know if the GT-R was limited enough in production numbers to qualify.
