I don't want to destroy his confidence or anything, but I do wonder if having him come off the bench for a game wouldn't be the best thing.
The guy just has no confidence. He's not playing within himself. He's out of sync. Coming off the bench might get him to just focus on being a great contributor and a positive injection to the team instead of a star that the team really depends on.
