i really doubt that. There is a reason they tagged him, because he has some value and hes never going to get what hes asking for, from any team. It sounds like it's just a bad fit between new regime and player. Though they do think hes a good player, but that's not the point. This was Scooter should have did with Carr rather than let him walk for nothing, tagged and traded him. The regime is doing this correctly and Im the biggest Albert fan in this place
