I think you guys underestimate your new HC more than underestimating Alex. Guys like Vick, Foles, Kolb all played very well under Reid and Alex is better than any of those guys. Well I'd put him in Vicks category, but better at certain things and worse at certain thing.
Alex can play well when he plays within a system. He is a system QB. Ask Urban Meyer, ask Harbaugh. He won't be out there gunslinging but he will run Andy Reids offense efficiently.
They are spending a good amount to get Alex here. New regime to me it seems. I would trust a guy like Andy Reid. He's got a pretty good idea of what he want's. |
Alex Smith isn't in the same ****ing galaxy as Mike Vick.
