No- a "running" QB or dual threat QB would be Wilson or Griffin, etc... a "mobile" QB is able to maneuver around the pocket, scramble when necessary, throw on the run. A perfect example would be my Skins - RG3 is a dual threat QB, his backup Kirk Cousins is a "mobile" QB and the third stringer Rex Grossman would be a non- mobile QB. Last year Skins could run zero rollouts from Shanahan's offense with Grossman. When Griffin was out, Cousins was rolling left, rolling right, boots, etc.... Griffin runs read option out of the offense and is a running or dual threat. Geno Smith is a mobile QB but not a running or DT.
