You and I, and a few others may not have liked it, but let's be honest and acknowledge that he did make the big hire.
And let's not forget that this whole argument began with the assertion that Clark is "cheap". Regardless of how his tenure played out in reality, Pioli was a highly sought-after candidate and Clark made him the highest paid GM in the league to come to KC. That's not cheap.
