Attempting to build a team by building up an amazing roster and sticking an average QB in it is a reckless, not to mention as unlikely to work, as it is to risk taking a QB with high upside and some down side. It's more in fact. In today's NFL, attempting to win with a game manager is just attempting to swim upstream. Yet we still have people screaming to do it.
