I'd also suggest looking at another case and dishing out some extra money for a SSD -- you can get a 128GB SSD for just over $100 now. Your operating system and apps (photoshop) will thank you. Still get a sata HDD for storage though.

Agreed on the CPU, at least a i5, but really, if you can afford it, get an i7. Especially for you are wanting to do.
