Not sure I could rate a place by simply "best BBQ". I find that different places tend to do certain things better than others. Here in Des Moines, my favorite place for brisket is not my favorite place for ribs, and neither would be my choice for smoked sausage. I guess I could lump them into overall quality, but it just seems like a disservice to the individual things each does well.
