I don't really have a dog in this fight so to speak. I don't live in the KC area. But what happened to the idea of a business owner running his/her business as he/she sees fit and allowing the customer to choose whether to support that business? Tobacco is still legal. If the entertainment experience isn't enjoyable for me then I'm not going to go spend my money there. I'm thinking specifically about bars here. I'd like to smoke as I relax and enjoy an adult beverage. I don't want to go out to a patio in bad weather. If this bar smoking ban was so necessary wouldn't bars that don't allow smoking be doing great business?
