Yea, just like someone saying "those college guys scare me" They all coached in College at some point people.
Liken it to us wanting to draft and develop our own QB's. Let's be the ones to to give some young coaches the chance to start here and become innovative and dynamic, while having some veteran leadership watching over them so they don't totally collapse while doing it.
