I think Vermeil wants Philly and KC to both succeed.

Reid had to leave Philly, so why not KC?

Philly needs someone so he thinks Gruden can do it


I think Reid is a fine choice for us ... short term. I also believe that in 5 years we need to be ready to find our 'Jim Harbaugh'.
