This situation is so bad with ***** that I liken it to an individual having an arsonist as a best friend. Yes, you can buy your dream house today, and it's true that this particular house will never come on the market again. However, the arsonist will burn the mother****er down on day one, so the purchase is moot before you ever finalize the contract.
