You should go all British and call them knickers...
Or use my favorite term "smalls" but I think that is usually for male underwear.. not sure...and of course there is always the problem of referring to anything in that region on a man as "small"... yeah, best to just call them knickers.
Hmmm, this has given me a new idea! We should have a random day every month where the word filter is set to replace everything with British slang and see who can keep up!
