He wasn't 'holding out'. He missed TC because the rules of the Franchise Tag allow for that.
I don't know about the 'disgruntled' part. Don't know the guy.
If he's tagged again, he'll get 11M+. $20M in 2 seasons in pretty good. I doubt he'll be disgruntled.
